Preferably from Financial Markets background having knowledge about Equities, Derivatives,Commodity,Currency .Excellent communications and drafting skills, should be able to comprehend client requests/Queries/Complaints correctly,be able to respond and help executives respond to escalated queries, Handle escalation calls and Emails, Train the team to handle tedious queries, Good command over Excel and making MIS. Monitor email team and ensure no pendency at EOD. Responsible for making error free Outbound Calls min 200 calls per day and provide complete information related to Trade verification confirmation to client along with taking RM/ Services feedback/ other service calls Identify/Gauge if any fraud during client discussion and note down any dispute related to trades/Service issue against the respective client for further follow up and escalation Call back/Follow up with customers and internal department wherever required without delay Alternate Saturdays are off Min 1 yr to 3 yrs of experience 6 months of experience in Stock market related customer care English (Fluent) Hindi (Fluent) Should know any South Language
