CSA is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints for Paytm Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 18 years of Age. One side transport during the odd hours only after 10.30pm and before 7am Eligibility Criteria:- Graduate/Under-graduate. Experience/fresher. Job Description: 1. Must possess above average English communication skills, and strong Hindi skill (No RTI and MTI). 2. Clarity in speech with neutral accent. 3. Should have problem solving attitude. 4. Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization. Voice portfolios. Paytm customer service profile. 7 days training with stipend subject to certification. 6 days a week Operations, rotational off. Salary Range 12.5k- 14k CTC.
