Associating with the customer support team, you are required to be available to customers as much as possible to receive calls, chats, attend emails and maintain a long-term relationship with them.



Role and Responsibilities:

  • Receive calls from customer and assist them on an end to end process of their orders.
  • Being creative and provide gift ideas to the customers, providing information about products and giving the right details and information to customer.
  • Be active on chats and emails providing them idea on processing the order within SLAs defined as per policy.
  • Work on performance and concentrate on creating a happy customer ever.
  • Think and come up with innovative ideas to optimize time and multitask.
  • Identify the best up-selling/cross selling strategy for the business by understanding the customer.
  • Keep all the customers updated about delay or issues related to their orders and follow up with necessary.
