• 1-2 Years of Experience/ Fresh graduate can also apply.
• Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft office and email correspondence.
• Capable to solve the customer related issues.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Arabic Language will be preferred.
· Experience in Manufacturing Industry (Chemicals/Petrochemicals) will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer all phone enquiries and resolve 90% of issues at first point of contact.
• Provide reactive advice and support to customers that require over the counter advice.
• Provide initial financial support for all clients.
• Handling the cash independently.
• Other official and day to day activities related with the customer service.
