Job Title / Designation: Customer Relations Executive
Job Description:
• Contacting and keeping a good relationship with our customers, by sending regular gifts and Bouquets on their Birthdays and Anniversaries.
• Should have a pleasant personality and excellent written and oral communications.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
Specific Skill Set: Must be good with organizing data, good with Microsoft Office and good communication skills.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year.
Annual CTC: Rs. 2,50,000 – 3,00,000
Location(s) of Job: Bangalore - Jigani
Minimum Education Requirements: Graduation
No of rounds of Interviews: 2.
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible)
Languages: Proficient in Hindi, English and Kannada is a must. Any additional languages would help
