Job Description Responsible for query resolution of customers, provide service related information to customers. Attend inbound and outbound associate calls Identify, research and resolve customer issues as per the information available on system Follow-up customer inquiries Recommend process improvement. Min 6 months to 5 yrs of experience Experience in handling inbound calls Male Candidates only English (Good) Experience letter or Salary slip of previous organisation
