CTPL/ Management Trainees - IT Sales

Job description
1. As Management Trainee - IT Sales, you will carry out sales activities for Cloudstrats that will result in achieving both top line and gross margin contribution for your business unit. 
2. The Management Trainees are expected to identify the needs of potential customers through tele-sales, position appropriate IT solutions from Cloudstrats portfolio and close orders. The Management Trainee has to also build an effective long term relationship with the assigned customers.
3. Management Trainees will be responsible for generating sales revenue and reaching to the quarterly revenue goals by winning new business. The most important quality to be successful in this role is to have a passion and flair for field sales and a commitment for building lasting relationship with customers. We are interested in hiring trainees are passionate about sales, have good communication skills and have a good academic track record.
4. The Management Trainees will work within a specific territory or named accounts, meet/call customer contacts on a daily basis to generate opportuniites and close sales orders. Other duties may include periodic sales reporting to the Reporting Manager. The Management Trainees will work along with the Inside Account Managers who provide air cover in terms of customer coverage.
Primary Job Functions: 
1. Manage a territory or a set of named accounts and reach to the revenue goals of the Business Unit
2. Develop a good techno-commercial understanding of Cloudstrats Solutions & Services to corporate customers.
3. Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers in the assigned territory.
4. Manage the overall sales process, from qualification through closing.
5. Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should possess good presentation skills, Listen attentively to customer needs, Track, follow up with customers for service feedback, Generate reports on leads generated & opportunities, Should be self-starter & independent.
