CTPL / Engineer, Server Infrastructure

General Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced system engineer to join a rapidly growing team, implementing and managing a globally available infrastructure environment to enable business success. Defining and overseeing the support processes for day-to-day operations. This position will be located in the Frisco office and will report to the Director of Infrastructure
Responsibilities
1. Support and maintain fully resilient infrastructure based on the following technologies:
o vSphere
o Dell Equalogic Storage
o HP Blade Chassis and servers
o Windows Server 2012
o Microsoft Azure
o Office 365
2. Server deployments for global sites
3. Mentor/support system engineers and level 2 technicians
4. Document support processes for system engineers and level 2 technicians
5. Monitor infrastructure and provide recommendations for capacity management
6. Collaborate with development and project management teams on building new infrastructure
7. Evaluate business requirements, propose and implement necessary solutions
8. Travel to sites and data centers as required On call rotation 
9. Meeting Individual and team deliverables/objectives for new and existing projects
10. Technical Mentoring of level 2 technicians for operational focus.
11. Maintain knowledge base, and documentation including inventory and schematic diagrams
Required Qualification:-
1. Minimum of 6 Years Information Systems/Technology experience.
2. Experience working in an e-commerce environment
3. Experience working with NetApp storage advantageous
4. Solid understanding of network concepts
5. Well versed in automation and scripting languages such as PowerShell
6. Excellent oral and written communications skills
7. Strong research, analytical and conceptual skills
8. Strong team player that values the importance of the success of their overall group
9. Demonstrated success in complex problem solving environments
