Need to have minimum 2 years of relevant experience as CRM Manager in UAE/GCC and having overall 5 years of experience .
Must be a Bachelor degree in marketing(preferably) or Masters degree.
Should have good communication skills in English and Arabic would be added advantage.
Job Description:
Manage the entire CRM campaign lifecycle, including development (idea generation, messaging, creative briefs, agency/internal coordination), production (including set up within our email tool), testing, and vendor relations.
Drive overall customer engagement and loyalty beyond sales such as referral, content engagement, profiling, etc.
Create and execute programs to specific customer segments – lead the executional creation of segments and create data driven approaches to prioritize/arbitrate between segments appropriately.
Participate in e-commerce activities and programs as part of the senior marketing team and in order to drive acquisition, retention and conversion across all channels
Recommend changes to programs to optimize performance, maximizing customer retention and sales.
Ensure that rapid testing and learning is conducted in a systematic way to promote critical breakthroughs.
Manage schedules related to CRM initiatives
Coordinate with marketing team, merchandising, e-commerce and manageme to ensure campaigns are consistent with marketing objectives & strategies, website initiatives
Work with IT team to achieve timely access to accurate campaign evaluation reports.
Support other ad hoc programs, as required.
