Job Title / Designation:Credit Executive.

Job Description:

· Analyzing the Business Model, Financial Statements and Working Capital cycles

· Analytical ability for In-depth credit assessment

· SWOT analysis of credit proposals

· Presentation of proposals to lenders/ investors

· Assist and Negotiate with Values and Lawyers

· Hand holding the client to get requisite information

· Negotiation of final Terms and Conditions of sanction

· End to End Documentation

· Financial Due Diligence

· Legal Due Diligence

· Assisting in renewal of facilities and maintaining relationship with clients

· Accompany seniors for client meetings

· Handle financial and other queries from banks/financial institutions to facilitate sanction of

credit facilities

· To keep self and the team informed on the relevant regulatory, legal and compliance

guidelines.
