Job Description:
Answer clients’ telephone esquires following set procedures.
Issue tickets.
Sell PTAs.
Make hotel, car hire reservations; check on queues.
Obtain pre-flight confirmations from passengers.
Deal with lost tickets/baggage.
Arrange delivery of documents.
Prepare daily sales report and reconciliation for submission to Counter Supervisor.
Follows the quality assurance procedures.
Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the Counter Supervisor
