Counselor

The Counselor’s Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all OPD, Indoor, IVF patients Counseling.

2. Responsible for take all IVF and IUI Patients Consent.

3. Responsible for all the Beta.Hcg Patients follow up.

4. Responsible for new IVF Patients follow up.

5. Responsible for Surrogacy patients follow up and make legal documents and coordinate with legal adviser.

6. Responsible to take all patients rounds morning and evening.

7. Should coordinate for front desk staff for the necessary paper work of the patients.

8. He /She need to take all IVF Camp Patients Follow-ups & mutually coordinate with marketing/PRO department.

9. Responsible for coordination with Bajaj Finance company for all related IVF patients.

10. Responsible for update of patients name in our website.(With due Concern)

11. Responsible for anti natal follow up.

12. Responsible for indoor patient’s diet.

13. Should cooperate in all the events Organized & Arranged by the hospital.

14. Should be caring with all the patients of all the departments.

15. Should be ready to work if any point of time needed your help according to your related work profile.

16. Should be Polite and Supportive with the all the Patients, Staffs as well as with all the Doctors.
