Collecting leads from marketing department and doing follow ups for enquiries and admissions.
Calling up the students/parents from the available source and convincing them to make a visit to the branch for further details.
Providing information about various courses to the students and guiding them about the best course which will be suitable for them.
Would be responsible for keeping track of enquiries from various modes like emails, telephone and direct enquiries and maintaining the record of the same so that feedback can be taken.
Maintain data base of Parents, students and other sources of curriculum.
Maintain all records pertaining to enquires and admission at the branch assigned.
Maintain relations with student and parents
Inform parents about students’ progress, performance results, upcoming schedules etc.
Maintain all soft copy/ hard copy records related to student Lecture Management & Test Management
