Job Title / Designation:Coordinator/Receptionist/Office Admin.
Job Description:
Excellence in Patient experience and satisfaction along with compliance to treatment.
The PCC will do the following:
· Be the point of contact for patients who are interested in booking an appointment
· Will coordinate appointment booking
Will serve as the liaison between patients and doctors and other service providers.
The role will NOT have a clinical role. The candidate will work from our office in Indiranagar.
Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
● Strong communication skills (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
● Must be able to speak and write good English.
● Must know how to use a computer and phone
● Should be able to speak English, Hindi and 1 other language (kannada preferred)
● Must be willing to execute on any other duties assigned by the supervisor/executive team.
