Experience : 6 months experience in Chinese / Tibetian / Thai / Japanese.
Qulification : High school or equivalent.
Role Category : Food & Beverage
Reporting to : Sous Chef, then Head Chef.
Key Skills - Should have good command of English Language..
Job Description :
• To ensure that all dishes are being prepared as per the recipe and to the correct quantity.
• To ensure that all orders placed are always prepared well and on time.
• To take charge of the kitchen when asked to do so.
• To be responsible for completing your mis en place
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently.
• Monitor food quality while preparing food. Set-up and break down work station. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.
Salary - 9000.00 – 12000.00 +Food +Room.
