Job Title / Designation: Content Associate

Job Description:

·         The content associate will take the raw input from the customer development team and turn it into an executable plan for the customer.

·         She will be responsible to create the required instructional content to be used by our partner cooks/maids at the customer’s site.

·         She will also be required to stay in touch with the customer and collect timely feedback.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

·         Content and meal plan creation.

·         Customer service and administrative assistance

Specific Skill Set:

·         Need to be very good at using the computer especially MS office and video editing software.

·         It will be a huge advantage if the applicant knows how to cook food and cooks regularly for his/her family.

·         Needs to know how to speak Kannada and Hindi.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required:  0-1 Years

Annual CTC:   1.8 – 2.4 LPA 

Location(s) of Job: Bangalore.

Minimum Education Requirements:  Bachelors in nutrition / Bachelors in dietetics / Bachelors in Home science/ Bachelors in business administration.

No of rounds of Interviews:  2 rounds: 1 written exercise and 1 in-person interview. More rounds if necessary.

Work Timings:   9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. 2-4 days work from home. 1-2 days work from office.

Travel & Allowance:  yes

Languages:  Compulsorily need to know how to speak kannada and Hindi.  Additionally knowing Tamil is an advantage.
