Position: Commercial Executive
Salary: up to 3.84 LPA
Exp. 3+ Yrs. In SAP/CRM/Oracle in BPO (Inbound) or Similar
Location: Gurgaon
Qua: B.Com/BBA/B.Tech (B.Com Graduates are preferred)
Must Have: Candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi and Knowledge of one of the regional languages (Telgu, Tamil, Odia, Kannad and Marathi) will be an advantage.
Age Bar: 20-39 Yrs. Old

Team Player, Direct reporting to Manager, Day Shift
Job Description:
• CE will be handling the Order Management Process with expertise on tools like SAP,CRM or Oracle. They are expected to develop good customer relationship with the clients
• The candidate must be fluent in English & Hindi .
• For regional language CE, candidate should be fluent in one of the regional languages (Telgu, Tamil, Odia, Kannad and Marathi) along with good knowledge of English and Hindi.
• Graduation is must (Preferably Commerce Graduate)
• Needs to be proficient in excel
• Ability to quickly and effectively identify and deal with customer issues and problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Order to Cash knowledge
• Call Handling Skill
• Good analytical ability
• Open to flexi timings.
