Collection Executive

1) Retention and collection operations inclusive of planning recovery from clients against pending / unpaid amount.
2) Responsible to achieve the collection target.
3) Leading team of documentation and collection.
4) Monitoring collections processes, as well as setting up new processes for improving collections time.
5) Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.
6) Bank loan , registry and home loan related collection.
7) Preparing relevant draft for communication.
8) Handling critical cases.
