o Explain customer about company offerings & generate appointments on daily basis from given database. Target Audience will be prospective Property Buyers.
o Establish good relationship with prospective clients by getting their Primary Information on Property related requirements.
o Call to all new generated leads & get detailed understanding of their requirements, ask for Home Presentation appointments and assign those leads to a Sales Team for its closure.
o Must be able to do good follow up with the clients and the Sales Team for smooth transformation of their Site Visit.
o Maintain reports by updating client call information’s on regular basis.
