Job Description:

  1. Building and managing strong relationships with clients with regards to online digital projects (SEO,SMO,PPC)
  2. Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing the insights for development
  3. Handling Queries of Clients and fixing issues through proper co-ordination
  4. Responsible for revenue generation/ payment collection from the existing customers
  5. Co-ordinate with the Existing clients to cross sell new service
  6. Attending client meetings with the Account Manager to fix issues
  7. Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project
  8. Identifying account growth opportunities and directing these to the Sales team
  9. Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing project reports

Job Requirement:

  • 1+ years of exp. must into client servicing into online/digital marketing
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Good working knowledge of the business, particularly in Project Management/Client Services activities
  • Experience with managing a client account
  • Experience in managing projects across multiple geographies
  • Ability to consultatively engage with customers and to quickly make complex decisions
  • Broad understanding / working knowledge across a broad range of service lines
