Proactively making calls to the customers and service them, and Generate new clients. In Inbound /Outbound process candidates would be required to solve the customer queries Take and redirect / fulfill emails and all general enquiries from customers. Send prompt and courteous responses. Ensure the best resolution overcall / Email Adhere to prescribed compliance standards Ability to work in a team and contribute to the overall success of the department. Good attention to detail and a consistent approach. Flexible in attitude and approach to the demands created by the role with a best practice approach to Customer Service, at all times. Desired Skills: Excellent command over English language, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills. Candidate must possess at least 1-3 years of prior experience in working with US BPO, either in lead generations / sales campaigns Candidate should be willing to work in US shift (Night Shifts) Excellent skills in MS office tools
