Claim Handler

·         Will handle the Medical Claims in related to our project·  Co-ordinate with team and prepare review form and approval process. Track the MIS report with current status for all the patients.     Handle the calls of various patients and Doctors related to different claims.  Ensure that proper record of all the documents and correspondences is kept for Audit purpose. Prepare MIS Report for client. Will handle payments & reimbursements, regular follow up and recovery of the same.  Patiently listens the queries and responds in satisfactory & timely manner.   Maintaining cordial relations with the clients and reverts to their queries with appropriate solutions ASAP.  Follow the TAT (all the bills to be cleared within 7 days of receipt).
Languarges Known : English, Hindi and any one additional language is a must preferably Tamil
