Is a key resource for each of the
Banking
businesses (Investment
Banking, Treasury Services, Trade and the Global Corporate
Bank) and is at the epicenter of J.P. Morgans client-driven agenda
Responsibilities include the strategy, development and ownership of various dashboards to assist
bankers, business managers and senior executives, with an overall goal of enabling business intelligence for 1,500 active users and driving key organizational initiatives
Actively drives change to increase discipline and the way BAU reporting is deployed to achieve greater efficiency and quality
Job Role Description
Accountable for
operation
al stability of the teams Qlik platform, which includes multiple, high-priority, strategic reporting and business intelligence (BI) dashboards
Ensure successful execution of all required data refresh tasks across all production dashboards
Communicate known issues, status updates and release notes
Support production deployments (scheduling & execution), server maintenance, user acceptance testing, trouble-shooting and user on-boarding/ off-boarding
Obtain, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources. Present findings and recommendations for potential use in Qlik platforms standard data model
Support team members in maintaining, planning, developing and improving Qlik data models and dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the Corporate & Investment
