Job Specifications:

Must be having more than 15+ Years’ experience an d in current Role must be working as CFO or Group CFO.

Must be CA certified.

Job Description:

Create, co-ordinate and evaluate the financial programs and support information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate & conservation of assets.

Approve & co-ordinate changes and improvements in automated financial & management information systems for the company.

Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger and account maintenance & data entry.

Candidate must have strong knowledge of Finance Knowledge , Investment and marketing strategies, Balance sheet and Audits etc.

You will have the Finance department, IT Department, procurement and infrastructure department, legal and compliance department functioning directly under your supervision. etc.,
