Responsibilities:
1.Ascertain patient footfall at the assigned center based on past data and
create a growth strategy for the center in coordination with Director.
Provide statistical inputs on viability of packages. Ascertain addition of
new packages/tests or discontinuation of packages/tests based on the
historical data.
2.Provide requisite support to Sales and Marketing team in order to increase
center revenue.
Build credibility and strengthen brand image by meeting Corporate and with
doctors clinics, nursing homes, hospitals
3.
Operations
Customer Support:
Ensure customers are provided with the best quality of services and ensure
customer delight
Act as an interface between the specialist doctors and patients in the
center; address and ensure the study/tests are conducted effectively and to
the satisfaction of the customer
Resolve patient grievances, capture and maintain positive customer feedback,
ensure improvements based on the feedback received
Ensure safe delivery of patient care services, ensure safety of patients as
well as NM staff
Ensure uninterrupted resource availability and make alternate arrangements as
per the need of the center
Maintain the centers financial accounts and sending periodic MIS reports to
the Head Office
Ensure collection of outstanding revenue from Corporate clients
4.Compliance:
Practice medical conscientiousness at all times
Emphasize on the quality aspects which are followed by company in obtaining
and retaining the NABL accreditation.
Ensure compliance to all statutory requirement and assist in resolving legal
responsibilities of the center
5.Service
Assurance:
Ensure timely opening and closing of the center
Supervise the centers operational activities
Oversee security and surveillance of the center
6. Ensure discipline and adherence to policies like work hours, dress code,
and leave.
Provide approvals for center
specific purchase orders and vendor payments.
