The job:

Responsible for ensuring that standard of performance are met through effective management of all branch resources.
Maximize sales and profitability - operational, financial, and customer service targets are met or exceeded.
Role Responsibility:
Responsible for independent handling of the service center as per Standard Operating Procedures of Company.
Maintaining the existing customer base and increasing sales by identifying, visiting and winning new business opportunities in conjunction with branch staff and regional manager.
All targets and results should be effectively communicated to all staff members.
Sales target achievement, Administration, Inventory Management, Local Area Marketing, Sales promotions, Staff management (5-6 people) & Training.
Support the operation of the Region in conjunction with the regional manager, head office functions, and other center managers.
Manage the store budget - maximizing branch profits by effective management of operating costs.
Developing and managing relations with Insurance companies & fleet owners.
Responsible for collection from insurance companies.
Customer Service - Will be responsible to understand and carry out, where applicable, the technical aspects of all products used by WE in its delivery of excellent customer service. Responsible for enhancing service experience and delivering customer delight.
Maintaining records and files like Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS.
Reports to to Regional Manager/Area manager for all responsibilities.
Education & Desired Profile:
Graduate (preferably B.Com)/Post Graduate with minimum 2- 4 years of experience.
Should have an experience of handling independent activities in a managerial/supervisory capacity.
Must have good leadership and communication skills with a go-getter attitude. Should follow ethical practices.
Should be adept in customer service and handling a team.
Past experience in automobile service/retail industry and knowledge of insurance claim procedures would be an added advantage.
