Job Description:

  • Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities.
  • Ensuring business continuity at center.
  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.).
  • Collect and analyze call-center statistics (productivity, handling time, quality score, customer service metrics etc.).
  • Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses.
  • Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards (Quality scores).
  • Monitor and improve quality, productivity and over all process efficiency.
  • Evaluating centre's performance with key metrics..
  • Prepare reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly etc.) for different departments or upper management.

  • Skill Sets / Requirements:

  1. Aggressive with Excellent communication skills.
  2. Experience in team management.
  3. Experience in Client servicing, report management
