Job Description
Defining MBQs, monitoring
topline and bottomline of the business, stock availability, stock
turnover, Sales per Sq Ft, Category Assortment Expansion. Managing
overall operations including Buying & Merchandising, Vendor
Management, Logistics, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, etc. Ensure Range Planning, Promotion Management, Planogram, Competition Benchmarking, ABV/Bill penetration & Vendor Fill rates. Steering merchandising efforts in harmony with the business objectives. Reducing the dead stock by sending slow moving stocks to the vendor as per liquidation plan. Should be strong at National Sourcing & TOT Negotiation. Increasing the Gross Margin. Other Incomes & GMROI.
