Job Specifications:

Must have Minimum of 5 years in the buying Having experience in different formats and/or sales.

Good Communication skills in English.

Must hold Diploma or bachelor degree.

Job Description:

To deliver agreed Sales and Gross Margin

Assortment Planning, Negotiation of better Cost Price and introducing New Products

To Increase Supplier Investment (like Rebate/Progressive Rebate/Logistic support/Marketing Fund/Listing

Fees/Merchandising Funds etc.)

Managing supplier relations ,pricing of new and existing products.

Follow-up on Delivery from Supplier and from Warehouse to Stores.

Suggest Products to be included into the Promotional Catalogue.

Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.

Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.

Schedule store visits, conduct competitor survey, visiting show , seminar locally and Internationally.

Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties and handling and monitoring of claims to vendors

Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.

Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies
