Job Description · Good comprehension skills in English and Hindi. · Work in multi shift work environment; open to rotational shifts. · Clarify customer and probe to confirm understanding of verification data. · Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. · Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy. · Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed. · Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer records. Candidate Profile: Education and Experience · College Graduates (any stream) – Out Bound Customer Service Experienced with minimum 6months of B2C tele-sales experience in similar role. · Knowledge of basic computer operations. · Ability to learn. · Courteous with strong customer service orientation. · Dependable with proficient attention to detail. · Good listening and responding skills. · Should have decent interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure · Should not be pursuing any regular course/educational program which may conflict with the work timings
