Job Purpose : Responsible to provide services to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of airline passengers during flight..
Accountabilities (primary responsibilities):
· Manual and SOP
· Report to the commander any incident that has endangered or may have endangered safe
ty
· Are related to the safety of the air craft’s and its occupants
· Make use of the incident reporting schemes in all cases.
· To report to aircraft well before planned departure
· To carry out Pre- Flight checks as specified in Cabin Crew Manual.
· To greet and receive the guests on arrival at the aircraft.
· To offer them welcome drinks.
· To offer them itinerary cards.
To offer the meals as per meal preferences given to our hospitality Deptt as and when they are comfortable.
Key Performance Indicators (measurement parameters and target which define your accountabilities and responsibilities):
· To maintain CRM and report to PIC of the aircraft.
· Take Instructions from the PIC and deliver the same.
· At Outstations, monitoring handling arrangements and smooth transition of the guests and their baggages
· Any uneventful incident to be immediately informed to PIC of the flight.
· To complete Post Flight formalities as per existing SOP/Cabin Crew Manual.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience
· Graduate, Cabin crew training Or Diploma Course is mandatory 6months to 1 year experience.
Preferably:
· Valid Training Certificates required Safety and emergency procedures Card(SEP)
· Cockpit Resource maintenance (CRM),
· Dangerous goods regulation(DGR) ,Fire Drill, Ditching Drill
Technical and Behavioral Skills:
Be tactful and assertive especially in time of emergencies
Be well spoken and with a clear voice
Be calm under pressure and in emergencies confident and very friendly
Be sensitive and reassuring towards people who are anxious or upset
Be very efficient and swift in undertaking your duties
Be self-motivated Be very patient and highly tolerant
