Business System Analyst

- Match C&CM programs to Saudi Aramco strategic objectives
-Facilitate C&CM activities and help in identifying, evaluating and treating key threats identified.
-Develop C&CM training plans and materials and provide ongoing advice and C&CM training to the relevant areas in the Company
-Ensure conducted training will certify personnel that would require renewal periodically.
-Review and approve Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) and align them with enhanced Saudi Aramco Corporate
Contingency Plan (SACCP) and assess the Emergency Control Centers (ECCs)
-Liaise with Government Agencies to establish mutual aid strategies with Saud Arab Government agencies and external stakeholders.
-Benchmark with other Oil/Gas Companies to determine the level of crisis preparedness against best practice standards
-Carry out drills and desktop full simulations tests to practice and stress test an organization’s crisis management processes of credible scenarios for all emergency levels for industrial/non-industrial events.
-Establish and maintain process and coordinate activities of Saudi Aramco response to domestic Joint Venture crises.
-Establish and maintain a corporate Incident Command System (ICS) structure to coordinate activities between Crisis Management Team (CMT) & Emergency Control Centers (ECCs)/ incident command posts.
-Provide immediate support/expertise during crisis and drills.
-Oversees the maintenance of C&CM Policy, Strategy and Framework in accordance with best practices and statutory or mandatory requirements.
-Develop all training needs for Crisis Management, including executive training, and field training of incident managers and commanders that would be in line with Industry and Company standards.
-Review scope and plans for liaising with Health and Safety, Loss Prevention and various other C&CM processes and functions and supervises activities to enable improvement of their processes and integration of overall C&CM framework. or incidents
-Work with stakeholders on effective emergency notification.
-Assess incidents Received to determine the event crisis potential
-Designing strategies response of an oil spill, fire prevention, fire protection and other emergency.
-Ensures appropriate communication with stakeholders.
-Assist on identifying and assess.
Qualification & relevant Experience.
-Bachelor's Degree in - Disaster & Crisis Management, Crisis & Emergency Management, Risk Management; Crisis & Business Continuity, Business Continuity or closely related specialty / combination of disciplines.
Or 15 years of extensive experience in crisis or business continuity preferably in the petrochemical or process areas.
