Looking for Business Head for a Leading Tea Brand
Profile of an Ideal Candidate:
- MBA with Exp of 12 to 16 years in Channel Sales/distribution
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Business Head.
- Market Sizing of the designated region in terms of Volume and Value
- Business Plan Achievement - Sales target achievement & Sales Forecasting
- Fixation of State targets duly mapped to all State Heads under his Territory
- Fixation of (States/territory) targets and monitoring achievements.
- Ensuring wise-manpower distribution in this region
- Coordination with Warehouse, Logistics, Marketing, Service team to support sales operations
- Ensuring Proper communication to all Distributors / Retailers/ Stores
- Schemes
- Price Changes
- New Product Launches
- Market share Tracking and assurance
- Competition tracking, mapping, and reporting to the management
- Achieving target set by the company for the product sales & business expansion.
- Managing Distributor, Dealer, Sub-Dealer Network.
- Product Planning & Product benchmarking
- Product Pricing & Scheme Management
- Network expansion/channel management
- Interact with marketing communication team & decide plan for a product launch.
- Competitor tracking etc.
