Discussions and meetings with HR and Training heads of various business houses and MNCs to understand Recruitment and Training needs and working out customized solutions for big corporate groups
- To conduct consultation over a period of time and with several meetings with the stakeholders in the organization for whom the solution is being drawn.
- Coordinating for logistical arrangements for the Recruitment.
- Capacity to handle large recruitment drives for International clients.
- Coordinating with clients and ability to generate repeat business from acquired clients
