- To prepare a detailed database of potential clients and the key contact points of each. - To keep track of competitor activities and events happening in Kerala and apprise the management. - To keep a close track of the placement season and the performance of key institutes. - To establish contacts with potential clients in a professional manner and understand their training requirements. - Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings. - Understand the products, skills and expertise of the company. - To plan demo session by discussing with the client and subsequently working out the schedule with the trainers. - To propose training solutions to the clients in the format that they prefer (either long-term or workshop). - Handle corporate presentations, proposals and manage the expectations of the clients. - Post training follow ups: Collection of payment within prescribed credit limits. - Weekly reports to be sent to the management.
