Job Duties:
– Fulfils the Business Development Strategic plan and applies the necessary resources to achieve the objectives.
– Monitors the cost and reviews expenditures to ensure that budget guidelines are met. Reviews event contracts with the Administration, makes recommendations for event participation and ensures all internal risk management protocols are adhered to.
– Maintains in-depth knowledge of and complies with NOX Engineering protocol, departmental and security policies and procedures, as well as, federal regulations applicable to the position. Completes all required compliance training as assigned.
– Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
– Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
– Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
– Performs other duties as assigned.
