Location : Mumbai Experience : 2 – 4 Years Function : Business Development Vacancy : 1 Job Description :Job Description/Responsibiliti es: - To acquire and build the relationship with real estate developers in Mumbai & Pune. - Cold call as required to develop a robust pipeline of opportunities within the said sector. - Meet potential developers by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network. - Identify potential developers and the decision makers within the client organization. - Research and build relationships with the developers - Identify opportunities for marketing with the developers to strengthen the relationship - Execution of events and marketing activities with developers, societies, corporates etc. - Execution of BTL activities for the growth of the business. - Able to independently manage and grow business - The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to think strategically and analytically about business opportunities. - A keen sense of ownership & speedy execution is a must Working Days : 6 Days a Week ( to ) Job Nature : Full Time
