Job Description : PURPOSE STATEMENT
The Business Development Manager is responsible for marketing PC Technology Pvt Ltd to new and existing clients as well as providing excellent customer service that will contribute to the effective and efficient running of all assigned training programs. The Business Development Manager is responsible for: - Attending client meetings to understand and deliver to requirements - Communicating with clients by providing updates verbally and written on a regular basis - Marketing increase revenue - Researching potential new clients - Tracking activities against the IT project plans for all assigned training courses. - Providing weekly updated IT project plans to direct manager. - Responsible for independently handling phone and email inquiries from clients. - Preparing accurate analysis of Training feedback summary forms for clients. - Adhering to Service Level Agreement in sending out reports to clients. - Drafting reports on activities undertaken with recommendations and ideas for making improvements in servicing clients. - Coordinating with other departments (accounts, administration, and production) for assistance in providing client services. - Recording of minutes for meetings held internally or externally. - Keeping detailed time records of activities undertaken.
