The candidate shall be responsible for generating a steady pipeline of clients and business for the company.
The incumbent shall be responsible to bring new business,making pipeline of the clients and to approach the companies CEO,MD's and HR Managers for their Staff
Past experience in business development with a head hunting / executive searches firm.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support .Build & maintain long-lasting customer relationship.
Prepare presentation for new client.
Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial communication, presentations, preparing business proposals, client interface, negotiation and deal signing.
Responsible for effective marketing strategy and communications plan to build awareness and market visibility
