Job Title / Designation:Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are actively seeking candidates who have experience in executing business development activities in the Healthcare Insurance or Corporate HR space. The candidate should be passionate about BD and have a strong interest in marketing and business development.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

● Prior experience in developing and executing BD activities for organization (small to medium enterprise).

● Definite enthusiasm and confidence to take up the challenge.

● Knowledge of Business Development and sales.

● Strong consumer insights and flair for networking.

● Raising awareness and evangelizing the new concept through effective communication.

● Coordinating marketing/BD campaigns.

● Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in the local area Has an eye for details.

● Must be willing to execute on any other duties assigned by the supervisor/executive team

Specific skill set:

● Identification of Target Audience

● Develop and lead all aspects of sales necessary to convert deals with target audience

● Presenting at potential relevant forums

● Presenting at healthcare events

● Making sales and signing up with customers for the service---etc

Business Development:

● Identification and partner with relevant collaborators

● Open new channels for partnerships
