Job Description, Role:
· Must be thorough with the marketing strategies of the company
· Must have knowledge of products and items available in the shop
· Must trace out all the marriage parties in his area and must meet them with brochures
· Follow up potential customers once met
· Must be very polite and decently behaved while mingling with the customers
· Must be regular in reporting to the office and in giving daily reports
· Must achieve the targets given by the company
· Must be accurate in medical trust and enquiries given by the management related to Charity and HRD
· Take initiative to learn the strategies of competitors and develop new methods to counter them
· Conduct market survey regarding the counter sales of competitors.
· Involve in showroom sales once a week
· Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
· Advises customers by providing information on products.
· Helps customer by providing proper selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions
· and opinions.
· Make sure that the items are handled with care
· Watch the advertisements given by the competitors and discuss this with the superiors
· Assist in BTL marketing
· Enroll maximum customers in scheme
· Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 0-3+ years
Location(s) of Job: Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Ramanathapuram
Minimum Education Requirements: Any Graduate.
No of rounds of Interviews: 3
Work Timings: 10am to 7 pm/6 days a week
Travel & Allowance: Provided
Languages: English: Essential

Relocation & Reimbursement: Must be willing to work anywhere in Tamil Nadu on requirement.
