Job Description The prime responsibility for this position is marketing, sales and business development while building a strong team of professionals to achieve the targets. ? Will be building market contacts in assigned regions ? Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with high net worth clients ? To undertake business development activity to promote business ? Responsible for handling a team and ensuring their targets are achieved ? Identification and mapping of new business opportunities and develop a complete understanding of customer segments ? Formulating & implementing strategies / policies and reaching out to the unexplored market segment Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. ? Meeting with key decision makers & presenting the company's products ? Establish strong relationships with prospects to drive business opportunities Desired Candidate Profile Education: (UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Aviation, Electronics/Telecommunication, Diploma - Electronics/Telecommunication) OR (PG- Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required, M.Sc - Electronics) AND (Doctorate- Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) ? Candidates from Aerospace & Defence Industry preferred ? Should have Product Knowledge of RF & Microwave / Microelectronics ? Candidates working/worked with ISRO, DRDO, DPSUs will be a added Advantage ? Well versed with the basic engineering principles ? Candidates should be comfortable in traveling ? Should have experience in understanding customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements ? Looking out for potential business customers & targeted client & indulging in business negotiations ? Good Negotiation skill, strong analytical & communication skill with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs & translate them into application & operational requirements ? Should be an effective communicator to be able to interact with different departments, teams and clients ? Should have good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently
