ImproveFX is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong focus on US and Europe client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with clients in these regions, along with a deep understanding of the digital marketing and SEO landscape. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving growth, and overseeing the seamless onboarding of clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Onboarding:
Identify and target potential clients in the US and European markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to onboard new clients.
Develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition and grow revenue.
Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication.
Market Research & Lead Generation:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Create compelling pitches and proposals that align with client needs and ImproveFX’s offerings.
Sales & Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure services meet client expectations and deliver value.
Relationship Building:
Develop long-term relationships with clients, focusing on their needs and goals.
Serve as the main point of contact for US and Europe-based clients, providing ongoing support and upselling services as appropriate.
Represent ImproveFX at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
Strategy & Reporting:
Develop and execute business development strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies and client communication.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on the US and European markets.
Proven success in client acquisition, particularly in digital marketing, SEO, or related industries.
Strong network of contacts within the US and European business sectors.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in CRM systems, sales tools, and digital marketing strategies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
