Job Purpose:
-Manage revenue and related expense reporting for the Business Unit, thereby ensuring control, accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of results, comparative analysis and commentary to BU leaders and Regional Finance team. Understand business/economic/environmental drivers of Actual results versus Operating Plan and Forecast.
-Ensure all local, regional and corporate reporting for BU is completed accurately and on-time as directed
-Ensuring compliance as needed under ICFR.
-Budget and Rolling Forecast preparation, analysis of Actual Results, and preparation for monthly business reviews, MIS on Sales, Margins, and Costs etc.
-Management/monitoring of Working Capital required for the business and ensure they are in line with plan.
-Communicate, discuss and challenge financial impacts with BU-managers.
-Prepare and present the impacts at BU related meetings where financial input/commentary is required/requested.
-Automation of preparation of Business Review Templates, setting up processes for claiming possible tax rebates etc.
-Help business deliver the EBIT targets and improve on internal efficiencies
-Constantly strive on identification of gaps in the processes both finance and business. Work on creating a road map for filling up those gaps which finally results into internal process improvements.
-Attend -as requested- Regional BU related finance meeting. Own, manage and complete financial information requests from Regional/Corporate BU organizations
-Manage all external fillings and prepare management reports.
-Managing and maintaining the entire accounts of the in compliance with accounting procedures and policies, quarterly and annual Balance Sheets of the Company
-Manage accounting and finance, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash management, financial reporting, tax matters for the company
-Well conversant with recent changes in areas of finance & accounts
-Manage the compliance under tax as needed and applicable for company operation
Education:
Must be a qualified CA (first attempt)
