Check, track, improve, and manage the quality of freelance editors (FLs)
Work in collaboration with Project Management (PM) and
Client Servicing (CS) teams to understand and efficiently handle
client consultations and requirements, as well as FL queries and
concerns
Work in collaboration with the Quality and Training team
to arrive at next steps for freelance editors based on client
concerns
Work in collaboration with the Freelance Recruitment team
to hire high-quality freelancers for different services and
projects
Work in collaboration with the Editing teams for special projects and trial assignments
Work in collaboration with the Translation team to access and monitor translator quality and induction
Establish editing-related grammar and style conventions for FLs
Work on several developmental activities and projects for internal and external clients
Provide valuable inputs for freelance induction and utilization
Key Responsibilities:
SA assessment
Gauging, monitoring, auditing, and improving freelancer quality
Assessing information mismatch between us and the client
Providing freelancer and inhouse allocation inputs
Engaging in communication with freelancers
Process optimization inputs
Freelancer recruitment inputs
Translation consultations (document/translator quality, SA, profiles, new clients/processes)
