Job Profile and Tasks Involved:
Business Analyst is responsible for managing teams of Business Development Executives on a day to day basis. They are also responsible for helping set, track and achieve revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include helping hire, train and develop the sales team.
· Help management set sales (revenue) targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
· Track and achieve sales (revenue) targets
· Manage and develop sales skills of outbound sales executives
· Maximize revenue generation through cross sales and customer retention
· Ensure employee and customer satisfaction
· Overall administration and management of employees
· Help in recruitment and hiring
· Help in refining and developing the Sales playbook and achieving a high achieving sales culture
· Update on CRM and Effective follow up on Leads

Annual CTC:1.8 to 3.6 + Incentive Structure
Incentive Structure:Up to 50% of Revenue Sharing on Crossing Monthly 1 lakh, respectively 60% and 65% for Crossing 2 Lakh and 4 Lakh. i.e If Employee is doing Sales of 2 Lakh than his Incentive will be 1.2 Lakh.
