Business Analyst

Job Description:
-Understanding the customer network, network elements and services;
- Eliciting, clarifying and understanding the customer requirements for Activation;
- Developing functional requirements that can serve as an input to the development team;
- Participating in testing and delivery of the solution to the customer;
- Managing requirements and change requests;
- Presenting and demonstrating the solution to the customer;
- Learning standards in OSS such as Service Activation/Fulfillment, Discovery & Reconciliation;
- Studying the newest communications and integration technologies, trends in the telecommunications industry.
