Who you are:
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for working directly with the Solution Business Units (former SWG) focals on deliverables to business leaders. The processes supported are client segmentation (e.g. how many Tier 1 accounts are in Europe, how many ELA accounts), seller alignment to accounts. This role requires advanced communication skills, at least intermediate skills in Excel (lot of work in spreadsheets, pivots, vlookups, calculations) and general understanding of data management. A big portion of the work is adhoc based around the tools, data and processes SC&T supports (Client Growth Strategic Planning - CGSP, Seller Territory Set up - Seller Coverage).
What youll do:
The partnership and engagement with the sales leaders will be instrumental in enhancing seller productivity and improved seller growth.
Develop business subject matter expertise in IBM Sales Models tools, data models and information based processes
Drive the execution of Sales Resource Allocation initiatives within the assigned business unit
Execute activities associated with initiatives building on existing programs, implementing unique client segment based GTM approach.
