Good knowledge on investment banking, custody, etc.
Awareness of SWIFT messaging standards, Corporate Actions, Trade Capture, Settlements, etc.

Excellent BA skills Ability to engage in requirements gathering, requirements validation & documentation independently
Experience having engaged with senior business stakeholders (both from operations and technology areas) during requirements gathering.
Experience in preparation of business requirements documentation, functional specifications, software requirements specifications, Test Strategy & Approach, etc.
Experience with test planning, test scenario/test case/test data preparation and manual functional testing.
Technology Skills
Excellent hands-on knowledge of MS Office including Visio
Using HP ALM for Test Management
General Experience
BA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Securities & Capital markets space
BA experience preferred in Securities, Messaging Protocols
