Business Analyst - BI Modeling

Senior BusinessAnalysts - EDM Engineering & Business Solutions Team
1. Responsible to provide direction on solution from a standard product / architecture perspective
2. Participate in key decision making discussions liaising with business stakeholders
3. Provide necessary guidance to the team and ensure timely delivery
4. Responsible to provide guidance on standardization of interfaces with other applications
5. Able to visualize and provide roadmap and strategy in terms of product evolution, foot print across the bank /business for the application
6. Guide the team across banking domain areas for eg - Core banking, Financial markets, Credit products, Trade products and General ledger reconciliations
7. Knowledge management for MIS applications including business rules, mapping documents, data definitions, system functions and processes
8. Responsible for stakeholder management and help the team to collect the requirements/help to fine tune the requirements
9. Deliver Functional specification to the development team while collating the requirements from various stakeholders
10. Provide hands-on management and guidance for the development team from a requirements perspective.
11. Knowledge in BI modeling and design preferably with Teradata background
12. Guide the team to analyze, define and document business and functional requirements for ongoing projects, with orientation towards phased approach based on rapidly evolving needs.
13. Responsible to manage the change request effectively and efficiently during the project delivery with all agreed controls
14. Align with the bank's process and standards and ensure there are no deviations
Qualifications
1. Graduate degree - preferably Finance, Banking or Computer Science
2. 10+ years of experience in banking domain / product knowledge with IT working experience
3. Previous business solutionanalysis experience is mandatory
4. Good communication and Stakeholder management skills
